Our featured project this month is a little different than our usual remodels — it’s in a home that is only 3 years old! While the majority of our projects are completed in homes that are 20 years old or more, this project is proof that new homes need remodeling, too! Our client’s existing bathroom included a spacious walk-in shower, but lacked the spa-like features and free-standing bathtub she always wanted. Although there was a lack of space, our team was able to convert the large shower into a wet room, providing a space for the bathtub and an upgraded shower.
