Do you have a space that would make more sense with a different layout, or swapped with another room in your home? Such was the case for our recent clients in Keller, TX. Their existing laundry room was in a small, crowded room just off the garage, which made it difficult to use the washer and dryer without being in the way of the door. From the time they purchased the home several years ago, they thought it would be much more functional to have the laundry room in place of the larger mudroom/playroom that was just on the other side of the wall. Turns out, they were absolutely right! Our team was able to help them swap these two spaces, resulting in more functional, usable rooms. Take a look at the blog post to see the transformation!
Our project spotlight this month features our recent 1978 kitchen renovation in South Arlington. Our clients had long-awaited updating this space and knew just what they wanted in regard to colors and style. One thing they hadn’t considered was removing a large walk-in pantry and an unused bar area. This modification not only made the kitchen more spacious but also created additional countertop and storage space that they didn’t know they needed. The finished project looks just as our designers drew it in the floor plans and 3D renderings — a modern, trendy kitchen to match the rest of the client’s lovely home! Our project spotlight this month features the dining room of a whole-house remodel we recently completed in Fort Worth. The space was a central part of the home and was visible across the living room upon entering the front door. It was important to the clients that this room was open to the living room, creating an open-concept floor plan and allowing the natural light from it’s large window to brighten the neighboring rooms. While there weren’t a lot of structural changes made, the updated dining room is absolutely stunning and just what the clients had in mind! Check out the details in our blog post!
