Meet the Team




The Medford Design-Build Team is a group of educated, experienced, and professional individuals that have come together over the course of several years. Just as the gears of a machine need one another to get the job done, we understand the importance of teamwork and that each of us plays a critical role in providing the best possible experience to our clients. We each strive to take complete ownership of our individual tasks while working strategically together to complete each project successfully. As our founder, Mike Medford Sr, likes to say, “teamwork makes the dream work!”


Mike Medford, Sr., CR – Mike Sr. is the Founder and Co-Owner as well as the General Manager. He has over 40 years of experience in the remodeling industry and is a NARI Certified Remodeler. He strives to build and mold our team of professionals to ensure the highest level of customer service to our clients and keep us moving forward as a team, all while making sure to have fun along the way!


Michael Medford, Jr. – Michael Jr is the Co-Owner, as well as the Production Manager, and oversees our Project Managers and trade partners. He also heads up our handyman division, Mike’s Guys. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the remodeling industry and has earned several certifications for product and remodeling business knowledge.


Stephanie Milford – Stephanie is our talented Senior Interior Designer, holding a BS in Interior Design & Housing with a minor in Business Marketing. She has been with Medford for over 10 years and has over 30 years of experience as an independent Interior Designer. She oversees the final selections for our projects to be sure they bring our clients’ dreams to life.


Ali Doskocil – Ali is our Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager, with a BFA in Graphic Design. She has been with our team since 2014 and manages our website, blog, newsletter, print mailers, and marketing. She also introduces our new clients to our design process and explains all of the ins-and-outs of our custom design packages.


Kourtney Davis – Kourtney is our Operations Manager and Senior Draftsman with a BFA in Interior Design and an AA in Merchandising & Design. She oversees our drafting processes to ensure our Floor Plans and 3D renderings used in our custom design packages are of the highest standards. She also manages our client’s purchase orders, works directly with our vendors and suppliers, and ensures that all of the moving parts of each of our projects go according to plan.


Dave Broadfield – Dave is a Project Manager and has worked with the Medford team for over 15 years. He is a Master Carpenter and plays a critical role in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest level of quality and that the clients remain content throughout the entirety of the remodel.


Neil Norris – Neil is a Project Manager and has worked with the Medford team for over 15 years.  He is a highly skilled carpenter and jack of all trades and is a huge asset working on our large build projects as well as our handyman projects via Mike’s Guys.


Sweetie – Sweetie is one of Mike Sr.’s rescue dogs that quickly became our beloved office dog and Stress Control Manager. She is a great judge of character until you rub her belly… then all bets are off!

Andy Weger – Andy is our newest Project Manager and Handyman. He has owned his own construction business for over 15 years and enjoyed working with Medford as a Sub Contractor so much that he decided to join us!


Catherine Kropp – Catherine joined our team in early 2019 as our Bookkeeper and Office Manager. She is super savvy with numbers and organization and comes from a background in Property Management.


Brandy Anderson – Brandy is our newest addition and has a BFA in Interior Design. She will be helping with drafting, estimating, and designing. Her past experience in the remodeling design world makes her a great fit for Medford.


Beyond these 11, the Medford Team has a number of professional tradesmen, vendors, and suppliers that work with us on a regular basis to make all of our projects possible! Many of these people have worked with the Medford team for over 20 years. As a luxury remodeler, we require those that we work with to maintain a high level of pride in what they do. We believe the qualities of our final products are directly related to the individuals we choose to work with, so when we say we have a GREAT team, we mean it!
