Our project spotlight this month is a stunning lakeside kitchen remodel we completed in Arlington, TX. Our client’s beautiful 1970’s home had been updated throughout, with the kitchen being one of the last spaces that needed refreshing. Because the original layout wasn’t going to change, it was very important that the features included were impactful in regard to functionality and aesthetic. Both our clients and our team are thrilled with the finished product! See the full story and the transformation photos in our blog post.
Do you have a space that would make more sense with a different layout, or swapped with another room in your home? Such was the case for our recent clients in Keller, TX. Their existing laundry room was in a small, crowded room just off the garage, which made it difficult to use the washer and dryer without being in the way of the door. From the time they purchased the home several years ago, they thought it would be much more functional to have the laundry room in place of the larger mudroom/playroom that was just on the other side of the wall. Turns out, they were absolutely right! Our team was able to help them swap these two spaces, resulting in more functional, usable rooms. Take a look at the blog post to see the transformation!

Our project spotlight this month features our recent 1978 kitchen renovation in South Arlington. Our clients had long-awaited updating this space and knew just what they wanted in regard to colors and style. One thing they hadn’t considered was removing a large walk-in pantry and an unused bar area. This modification not only made the kitchen more spacious but also created additional countertop and storage space that they didn’t know they needed. The finished project looks just as our designers drew it in the floor plans and 3D renderings — a modern, trendy kitchen to match the rest of the client’s lovely home! Get the full story and the before and after photos on our blog.
Our project spotlight this month features the dining room of a whole-house remodel we recently completed in Fort Worth. The space was a central part of the home and was visible across the living room upon entering the front door. It was important to the clients that this room was open to the living room, creating an open-concept floor plan and allowing the natural light from it’s large window to brighten the neighboring rooms. While there weren’t a lot of structural changes made, the updated dining room is absolutely stunning and just what the clients had in mind! Check out the details in our blog post!
A dysfunctional layout can make a room feel cluttered and crowded. Our recent kitchen remodel in Grand Prairie is the perfect example of how slight modifications in the layout can completely change the look and feel of a space! Our clients came to us facing a lack of storage and counter space, and a footprint that was not conducive for hosting guests. Our team came up with customized solutions for each issue, proving that the space had all the potential to be exactly what the clients wanted. See our blog post for the full story on this beautiful transformation!
The Medford Team is always happy to promote upcoming events that benefit our local community! This month, we’re sharing the 4th Annual Masquerade Margarita Mixer, hosted by Sisters of Sarai. The fun-filled evening will include food, dancing, Instagram photo backdrops and photobooths, shopping, or just relaxing with your friends and meeting new ones!
This is an adult-only event that will include a cash bar. Attendees are asked to dress to impress and wear their finest masquerade masks. Masks will be available for sale at the door with free disposable masks available as well.
Our featured project this month is a stunning Jack & Jill bathroom renovation our team completed in Southlake, Texas. Our kind clients initially came to us with a good idea of how they’d like to update their high school daughter’s bathroom. Our talented designers met with them and were able to translate their ideas into detailed 3D renderings. The completed remodel looks just like the renderings and achieved the modern, sophisticated aesthetic the daughter envisioned. Check out the full project on our blog!
