Our recent kitchen project in Arlington, Texas involved removing a wall, modifying the layout of the kitchen, and completely renovating the neighboring living room. Our clients wanted to improve the look of the rooms while also increasing functionality, storage space, and the amount of natural light coming into the central part of the home. The end result is absolutely stunning, and checked all the boxes on our client’s wishlist! See the full project transformation on our blog post!
Our project spotlight this month is a stunning country-style kitchen renovation we recently completed in Burleson, Texas. The clients wanted to improve the aesthetic and functionality by incorporating a coffee bar, centralizing the refrigerator, and updating the appliances. Each of the design items — the Quartzite countertops, the mosaic tile backsplash, the custom cabinets, the decorative light fixtures, and the stainless steel appliances — came together beautifully to create a cohesive, polished look. In many homes, the fireplace is the first thing you notice upon entering the living room. This massive focal point can set the tone for the entire living room as well as for the rest of the house. Our recent clients in Keller, Texas, knew that their 90’s fireplace was in need of a refresh and reached out to us to get the job done. They had a ledgestone finish in mind from the start but also wanted to discuss options for the mantel and built-in bookshelves. Our featured project this month is a 1970’s galley-style kitchen remodel we recently completed in Arlington! Our sweet clients came to us wanting to update the space, improve functionality, and create a more open floor plan between the neighboring living and dining rooms. The new design involved closing a window, relocating the sink, oven, and dishwasher, and modifying the cabinetry to allow for a large, beautiful peninsula. The finished product is just what the clients had in mind and creates a whole new aesthetic in the heart of their home! Check out the full story on our blog post.
The right patterned wallpaper has the potential to make a show-stopping statement; unfortunately, that isn’t always the case with an original wallpaper from 1975! Our recent clients in Arlington wanted to remodel their dated master bathroom, which featured, you guessed it, floor-to-ceiling patterned wallpaper. They imagined a more modern look, with sleek tile, LED can lighting, a large walk-in shower, and a streamlined aesthetic. Our team was able to create a modern design, including everything the clients hoped for and more! Check out the transformation
on the project blog post.
Our recent guest bathroom remodel in Arlington was a little different than our typical design-build projects: due to the existing layout and constraints of the floorplan, the emphasis was more on the aesthetics of the room than on improving the functionality. As a ‘pull-and-replace’ project, the renovation involved replacing dated features with new ones in the exact same location. These features included the bathtub, faucets, cabinets, countertop, mirror, and decorative lighting. Check out the full blog post to see the before shots and the beautiful finished look!
There are few things more rewarding than a quiet, serene space to relax. This is one of the big reasons master bathroom remodels are so highly sought after among homeowners! Our recent client in Flower Mound, Texas, felt the same way. Her master bathroom was over 20 years old needed a renovation to better serve as an at-home escape. She came to us with hopes of recreating the space into something she had always wanted; something she could enjoy for years to come! A galley kitchen remodel can be one of the more challenging home projects if improving storage space or changing the layout is the end goal. The limited space in these types of kitchens often prevents major structural changes from being made. Luckily, small changes can still make a big impact! Our recent client in Fort Worth wanted to breathe new life into her narrow 1960’s galley kitchen without sacrificing valuable countertop and cabinet space. Our team was able to identify the changes that could be made to improve storage, functionality, and overall aesthetic. The finished renovation is exactly what our client had in mind! Check out this amazing transformation in this month’s project blog.
