We all love to see home remodels that show a grand aesthetic transformation — taking a space from dark and dated to bright and modern. But, the aesthetic refresh is even more impactful when it comes with functional improvement as well! Our recent clients in Colleyville wanted their master bathroom to be more functional for them as they enter into their golden years. The original bathroom included a large jetted bathtub that neither of them used. The original shower was also very small and dated. They expressed their desire for a large walk-in shower with a luxury look, and our team was able to bring their dreams to life! Reminiscing on some of our favorite projects from the last 12 months, this trendy kitchen we remodeled in South Arlington was at the top of the list. Our clients came to us with hopes of refreshing the 1978 kitchen with a more modern look, patterned tile, and a black-and-white color scheme. Not only were the aesthetics improved, but we were able to provide the clients with more usable space by removing a large walk-in pantry and bar area. Additional counter space, cabinetry, and a beverage center were added — just what this kitchen needed! Check out the full story and before and after photos on our blog post! Read more

Small spaces often get neglected when it comes to remodeling; in reality, small rooms can have the biggest transformations! Our recent clients in Fort Worth had two small bathrooms in lieu of one large master bath. Although the rooms were compact and the floor plans couldn’t change, our designers were able to implement some significant modifications to make both of the bathrooms feel larger, brighter, and more modern. Our October 2022 Newsletter

It’s interesting how home remodeling trends change throughout the years. What we have noticed recently is the growing popularity of gray and white color schemes in combination with a streamlined look. This specific trend can really transform a dated, drab kitchen (as seen in many of our past projects!) However, that doesn’t mean it should be the go-to design for all interiors. Based on the homeowner’s taste and the aesthetic of the rest of the house, there are still many instances in which a remodel leans toward the more classic, traditional side. Of course, our team is always happy to accommodate and help bring our client’s dreams to life! Our recent kitchen project in Arlington is a great example of how a traditional design can still have a modern, elegant feel. The finished product is a complete transformation from the original, with a truly timeless aesthetic our clients will appreciate for years. Oftentimes, in small-scale renovations, the project evolves into something bigger before it’s all said and done. Such was the case for our recent clients in Arlington, TX. They initially wanted their kitchen to be minimally updated — new paint, tile, and countertops — while keeping the existing cabinets. After a few discussions with our designers, they instead chose to remodel the space in its entirety in order to bring their dream kitchen to life. While it ended up being a larger project than they initially planned, the final result provided what they really wanted, and they couldn’t be happier with it!
