There are a lot of variables that go into building an addition on a home — the property lines, drainage, the roof tie-in, and of course, ensuring that the addition will match the existing structure architecturally and aesthetically. Each of these, among other important items, were carefully addressed for our recent carport addition project in Arlington.
Our team not only wanted to make sure that the project was done correctly and to code, but also that it solved the client’s dilemmas regarding storage space, a shelter for their cars, and a place to house their exotic plants during the winter. The solution was to convert the existing garage into a storage room and add a luxurious carport to the spacious driveway. The finished project is absolutely stunning and meets all of the client’s needs!
