A 1961 Guest Bathroom Gets a New Personality

After renovating our Arlington client’s kitchen a few years ago, she recently reached out to us to tackle another home remodeling project – her guest bathroom. Our team was elated to hear from her again, and we couldn’t wait to get started!

As a ‘pull-and-replace’ project, changing the layout to improve the functionality of the room was not a concern. The emphasis was instead on replacing the dated features with new ones in the exact same location. These features included the bathtub, faucets, cabinets, countertop, mirror, and decorative lighting. With these updates, the bathroom would feel brand new, but keep the same layout and square footage it always had. Read more

A Unique Master Bathroom gets a Spa-Like Renovation

Remodeling an odd or unusual space is one of the many things that makes our job fun and interesting. An Open & Airy Guest Bath Suited for Two

Guest bathroom remodels are frequently among the top items on our client’s wish lists. It might not seem as important as the kitchen or the master bathroom, but when you consider that the guest bathroom is what all of your guests use upon visiting your home, you can’t help but want it to look nice. On top of aesthetic appeal, you also want the space to be functional. In many cases, the homes that we remodel are at least 20-30 years old, and the bathrooms are not only outdated, but also have plumbing issues, poor lighting, broken or missing tile, and eroded fixtures – not ideal for guests or prolonged visitors! Our recent clients in Arlington, Texas had similar issues and chose to include the guest bathroom remodel with some other projects we were completing throughout their home.

A Glamorous Master Bathroom Renovation

Our recent bathroom project involved renovating a large master bathroom in an upper-end Arlington, Texas home. The existing bathroom was quality and functional, but it was definitely dated with the typical brown tones, wallpaper and fixtures of the 1980’s. All of the dark, earthy colors paired with the poor lighting created a cave-like atmosphere, which made the space feel dim and smaller than it actually was. The clients wanted to brighten the room with a fresher, more modern look, updated features and specialty amenities to match the rest of their luxury home. Read more

A Master Bathroom Stuck in ’92 Gets a 2017 Refresh

Our most recent remodeling project involved updating the master bathroom in a 1992 home in Grapevine, Texas. While the original bathroom was functional, it definitely lacked the aesthetic appeal of the rest of the home, which we recently helped the clients renovate. There was no need to change the layout of the space, aside from installing a smaller tub to allow for a larger shower. The idea was to simply upgrade the room with new flooring, tiles, vanities, counter tops, and lighting. It’s amazing what an impact these changes can make!
