Medford Design-Build Promotes Brandy Anderson to Senior Draftsman

The Medford Team is happy to announce that Brandy Anderson has been promoted to Senior Draftsman of Medford Design-Build! She replaces Kourtney Davis who will continue leading the Design-Build team as General Manager.

Brandy will oversee our drafting department and will be responsible for it’s day to day operations to ensure best practices and processes are followed and that we continue to provide high-quality service to our clients and production team with accurate plans and beautiful renderings.

During the 1 1/2 years Brandy has been with Medford, she has been instrumental in improving our design processes, making them more efficient and effective for our clients and team. Brandy will continue to do drafting, create renderings, train new Designers how to use our drafting program, estimate, work with engineering and pull permits, all while continuing to improve the processes needed for us to improve and continue to grow while maintaining a very high client satisfaction rating.

Her many skills stem from her background in Engineering: her father being a Director of Engineering started Brandy off as a Mechanical Engineering student throughout her first few years of college. She then switched to an Architecture major, in which the Interiors program is the same as Architecture for the first 2 years, establishing a solid foundation of mathematical and structural training.

In 2016, Brandy received an Honorable Mention in the NEXT Student Design Competition, held by Steelcase, for an office design and won an office chair!

She graduated with a BS in Interior Design in 2017 and began working for a smaller Design-Build firm in DFW before coming to Medford.

We are excited for the bright future of Medford Design-Build as we embrace these changes and move forward to achieve new goals. Our team is grateful to have such knowledgeable, skillful, and experienced leaders to help establish an even higher level of integrity and productivity. Investing in our team and following the long-term growth plan Mike Sr. has prepared will allow us to better accommodate the needs of our expanding client base.

If you happen to see Brandy around, be sure to congratulate her on her new role. Stay tuned for more updates from our growing team!

Warmest Regards,

The Medford Design-Build Team
