On Sunday, December 20, 2015, the annual Texas Toy Run is taking place in Tarrant and Dallas Counties! This great event benefits the MHMR (Mental Health & Mental Retardation) Foundation.
Both Groups will ride via police and Santa escort down I-30 and meet at Lonestar Park in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Participants need to bring an unwrapped educational toy and/or a $10 cash donation. All funds and toys collected will go to the MHMR Foundation.
The Tarrant County group will start at North Gateway Park: E First Street and Gateway Park Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76117. Registration is from 8:30AM-11:15AM and the ride leaves to head for Lonestar Park at 11:45 AM sharp.
The Dallas County group will start at Deep Ellum: 2499 Commerce Street at Good-Latimer, Dallas, TX. Registration is from 8:30AM-11:30AM and the ride leaves to head for Lonestar Park at 12:00 PM sharp.
As the biggest toy run in Texas, this huge parade of bikers is quite a sight to see! Even if you aren’t planning on riding in the toy run, you can find a place to park along I-30 and watch the parade around 12:00 PM.
