Pull & Replace

Many homeowners want to update their space without changing the layout. These “pull-and-replace” remodels keep the same footprint, while giving your home a fresh new look. Cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, and other finishes are simply removed and replaced with new materials in the same locations. Because they’re straightforward, these projects usually don’t require a full design package.

Medford Design-Build makes pull-and-replace remodels simple! Our Project Developers offer on-site consultations to walk you through the process, answer questions, and provide a detailed scope of work with cost and timeline if your project qualifies.

A pull-and-replace project can be approached a few different ways, depending on the project specifications and your needs as the homeowner:
1.

Make Your Own Design Selections

If you already know exactly what you want (tile, countertops, paint colors, fixtures, hardware, etc.) you’re welcome to purchase your items directly and have them ready on-site. This option includes project management, demolition, installation, and debris haul-off.

2.

Use Our Trusted Trade Partners

If you have an idea of what you like but need a little guidance, check out our Vendor List on our website. Our trusted trade partners can help you narrow down your options and answer questions. Once you’ve chosen, ordered and received your materials, we’ll schedule your project and handle the rest. This option includes project management, demolition, installation, and debris haul-off.

3.

Work with Our Interior Designer

If picking finishes feels overwhelming, we’ve got you covered. After you sign a contract with Medford Design-Build, one of our professional designers can meet with you at home to discuss your style and preferences, gather samples, and help you make selections you’ll love. We’ll handle ordering, delivery, inventory, and safe storage of your items until installation. This option includes project management, demolition, installation, and debris haul-off.

A design fee applies and will be included in your contract.

If you’re ready to update your space without changing its layout, Medford Design-Build is here to help!
