Our goal is to make clients for life. We want you to know that if something comes up after your project wraps up, our team is here to help make it right.

What Does Medford Design-Build’s Warranty Cover?

We guarantee our workmanship for 3 years after project completion. Defective materials and products are covered separately by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

The important distinction is:

  • Workmanship concerns: Covered by Medford Design-Build’s 3-year workmanship warranty.
  • Defective materials: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The labor required to uninstall or reinstall the defective material may not be covered.

What Isn’t Covered by the Workmanship Warranty?

Our warranty excludes issues that result from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Modifications made by the homeowner
  • Settlement
  • Defects in customer-supplied materials or fixtures

If you notice something that doesn’t seem right, you don’t need to determine the exact cause before reaching out. Just call our office and let us know what’s going on.

How Do I Submit a Warranty Concern?

Our warranty process is straightforward:

  1. Call our office: 817-446-0368
    Let our team know about your concern. The more details you can provide, the better. 

  2. We’ll add your concern to our warranty production schedule.
    Once we hear from you, your concerns enter our warranty review and scheduling process. 

  3. We’ll work to determine the appropriate next step.
    Our goal is to address your concern and/or schedule the necessary repairs by the next working week after you contact us. 

  4. Send us an email: info@remodelmm.com 
    Submit a Service Request via email that explains the details of your concern. Please be sure to include photos if you have any.
