These clients had a balcony that they couldn’t use because it was rotten and unstable. We replaced the supports, the flooring and the railing. Now our clients have a beautiful and safe balcony to enjoy for years to come!

BEFORE: As you can see, the wood flooring of our client’s balcony was old and rotting — definitely needed replacing!
BEFORE: The balcony railing also needed replacing.
We installed new flooring and railing to the balcony, provided by AZEK.
With the repairs made, the balcony looks great and is safe to use again!
