Check out the face lift we recently gave this home. The client wanted to add something to the exterior of her home to make it stand out among all the other brick houses in her neighborhood. After talking with the client to get a clear grasp on her vision, we agreed that adding decorative shutters and matching awning would be the best option. Our team got to work creating 3-D renderings and concept drawings, allowing the client see just how the finished design would look. The drawings alone proved the completed project would make a huge impact on the visual interest of the home. When the project was complete, the home looked just as the client envisioned, and now makes a bold statement among all of the similar brick homes on the street!
As you can see, the home was very plain and uninteresting with two stories of brick. It was lacking that extra detail to help it stand out.
This blank space above the windows was begging for a decorative awning!
The finished design turned out great. Here is a picture of the finished shutters, before the awning was added to the other side.
Our craftsmen proceeded to mount the shutters and the awning they created to the home.
The Client was very happy with the results and the beautiful curb appeal of her newly updated home!
