Journey 2 Healing Hearts (J2HH) is a non-profit organization that was formed out of grief after two local Arlington, Texas mothers lost their sons to gun violence. Their focus is on helping families and individuals heal after tragic losses due to gun violence, and also to support and educate the community for the cause of gun violence prevention.
J2HH will be hosting their 2nd Annual NO MORE GUN VIOLENCE Run on April 16, 2016, at Cravens Park in Arlington, TX. The event is open to adults and children of all ages as well as individuals whom would like to support and not take part in actual event.
The funds collected at this event will be used primarily for the support of families that have been affected by gun violence and educating the community. Journey 2 Healing Hearts receives no governmental funds, so volunteer sponsorship will help this event be successful and have a positive impact on our local Arlington community!
