The Medford Team is happy to announce that Kourtney Davis has been promoted to General Manager of Medford Design-Build! She replaces Mike Medford, Sr. who will continue working with the Design team as Corporate President and will continue to provide leadership and guidance to the management team.
Kourtney will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Design-Build part of Medford while providing leadership to the team to ensure best practices and processes are followed and that we continue to provide high-quality service to our clients.
During the 4 years Kourtney has been with Medford, she has been instrumental in helping manage our rapid growth. Among the many hats she has worn, she has worked as bookkeeper, draftsman, estimator, and purchasing and receiving, along with overseeing daily operations. In each area, she has helped develop and implement the processes needed for us to improve and continue to grow while maintaining a very high client satisfaction rating.
Along with being a home builder’s daughter, Kourtney has 17 years of experience in the industry and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations and an Associates of Arts in Interior Design.
Co-owner and Corporate Vice President, Michael Medford, Jr. will continue to manage and grow our Mike’s Guy’s Handyman division along with being responsible for all of Medford’s production activities.
We are excited for the bright future of Medford Design-Build as we embrace these changes and move forward to achieve new goals. Our team is grateful to have such knowledgeable, skillful, and experienced leaders to help establish an even higher level of integrity and productivity. Investing in our team and following the long-term growth plan Mike Sr. has prepared will allow us to better accommodate the needs of our expanding client base.
