The holiday season is all about sharing love and giving to those in need. This year, the Medford Team will be collecting toys to donate to Mission Arlington’s Free Christmas Store. The store is open daily from December 9th through December 22nd and allows parents that don’t have the funds for Christmas gifts to pick out presents for their kids, free of charge. What a blessing it is for families to receive these gifts out of the kindness of others! Last year 26,481 children, representing 6,480 families, received free Christmas gifts – all from the generous donations of others in the Arlington community!
Mission Arlington is requesting donations of unwrapped gifts for children up to age 17. Below is a list of ideas, as well as an Amazon wishlist that allows you to purchase online:
Our team will be collecting gifts at our Arlington office through Wednesday, 12/20/23, and will then drop them off at Mission Arlington. Feel free to bring your donations to our office any time during our regular business hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
If you prefer to have the gift sent to our office directly from Amazon instead of dropping it off in person, please send it to our Arlington address: 1281 W Green Oaks Blvd #111, Arlington, TX 76013. Our front desk will be on the lookout and will share photos of the updated collection on our social media pages with the hope of encouraging others to donate!
Along with the gifts, wrapping paper and supplies are also needed as donations, as are volunteers to help run the store. For more information on how to get involved, visit the Mission Arlington website.
