Our recent clients in North Richland Hills had an existing sunroom off the back of their house, just on the other side of the breakfast nook. The bay windows overlooked the enclosed room, with the back door entering into it instead of directly to the backyard. While this layout was functional, it made the breakfast area feel crowded – especially with their large table. It felt as though the enclosed space in the sunroom would have been better utilized inside the nook. Our clients expressed this issue to us and determined that extending the breakfast nook to create a new sunroom was the best solution.
