Low-hanging soffits have been replaced with sky-high ceilings; cabinets are taller and more uniform with hidden interior hinges; singular box lights have been phased out with sleek recessed can lights; even things like faucets, hardware, and decorative light fixtures have evolved over the years to become the popular styles we see today.
