As a part of the Arlington community, Medford Remodeling is always looking for local charitable events to promote. This month, Macy’s at the Parks Mall is making it easy for everyone to help make a positive impact in our community!
For the 11th year, Macy’s stores all across the US will be partnering with local schools and organizations to raise funds for their ongoing charitable efforts as part of the ‘Shop For A Cause’ campaign. Since 2006, Shop for a Cause has raised tens of millions of dollars to benefit the causes most important in your local community.
This year’s event, running Friday, August 26th-Sunday, August 28th will benefit the Model of Culture Organization — a 501 (c)(3) non-profit youth organization that infuses cultural diversity amongst 6-14 year old children. Their vision is to ignite a shift in the understanding of cultural paradigms by raising the awareness of ethnic differences. This is so important in today’s society!
So if you or someone you know needs to shop for some new items – whether it be clothing, electrics/electronics, jewelry or watches, furniture, mattresses, rugs/floor coverings, or more, be sure to make a stop at Macy’s June 26th – 28th! Just purchase a $5 Shop For A Cause savings pass to receive 25% off at Macy’s and support ModelofCulture.org. Every $5 from the purchases of the savings passes will go directly to Model of Culture!

Warm regards and happy shopping!
