Our recent project involved a complete overhaul of a master bathroom. The homeowner sought a seamless blend of luxury and functionality with a focus on:
With these priorities in mind, our team got to work designing a space that balanced functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Custom light-stained cabinetry was installed, including new vanities and linen storage. The unused fireplace was replaced with open shelving and accented with marble tile for a designer finish.
A 72″ x 36″ undermount jetted tub was paired with a quartz slab deck extending into the shower to create a practical and seamless shower bench. Both bathing and shower areas were designed with enough room for two in mind.
Lighting played a pivotal role in the transformation. The homeowner provided stunning botanical wall sconces, which were installed on either side of the mirrors. All new LED can light package was installed with strategic placement to create a near shadowless environment. The stunning jetted tub features LED chromatherapy lighting which creates the perfect relaxing mood for their new oasis.
With guidance of our in-office interior designer, the homeowner opted for light-colored quartz countertops and satin nickel hardware, complementing the airy, luxurious feel of the space. A picture window with rain privacy glass replaced the old window, offering natural light without compromising privacy.
To take advantage of the previously unused space, the old fireplace was replaced with recessed shelving, ideal for towels and décor, while adding a unique focal point to the newly reimagined bathing area.
This remodel proves that a drastic transformation doesn’t always need a new footprint. By working within the existing layout, we were able to make thoughtful upgrades to completely freshen the aesthetics and functionality of the space. Smart design choices, such as improved lighting, custom cabinetry, and modern fixtures, gave the bathroom a brand-new look and feel without the need for major structural changes.
