The Medford Team is always happy to share local community events that positively benefit individuals, groups, or organizations in need. Coming up in March, Health’s Angels Bike MS Cycling Team is hosting a clay shooting tournament in Fort Worth, benefitting the National MS Society!

About the Event:

This fun-filled day will include lunch, drinks, a raffle and prizes, and of course, some healthy competition among friends!

Both experienced and inexperienced shooters are welcome. Participants are required to bring their own guns, and, due to the national shortage of ammunition, they are recommended to bring their own shotgun shells. Mulligans or do-overs will be available for $5 each and can be purchased on-site. Teams will consist of 4 participants, and those that attend individually will be assigned to a team the day of the event. Please note that shooters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The winning teams will be awarded prizes, as will the top male and top female shooters of the day. Read more

The Boys Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County Curbside Meal Distribution

As a small family-owned business in Tarrant County, Medford Design-Build takes great pride in our local community. Particularly in uncertain times such as this, it is encouraging to be able to lean on one another and find strength among our neighbors and friends. One of the biggest struggles for many families during this shelter-in-place order is the inability to work, resulting in a lack of funds for essential items, such as food. Luckily, there are a lot of organizations that are currently working within different communities to assist those in need. Read more

Rebuilding a Local “Treehouse” for Southlake Students

The Medford Team is beyond grateful to be a part of our local Tarrant County community. We’re always happy to provide assistance and support to those around us when we can. Recently, one of our clients from Southlake reached out to us for help rebuilding their child’s Elementary School “treehouse.” This treehouse consists of two large, circular decks with benches built around the base of two separate oak trees on the Carroll Elementary School grounds. It has been a cherished part of the school for over 18 years, as it has been used for outdoor education days, teddy bear picnics, and as a welcomed treat to both teachers and students, whenever they were able to enjoy the outdoors on a sunny day.
