The Whole House Design Process

A whole house remodel is a great option for homeowners that are ready to refresh their entire home in one project. This can include renovating all bathrooms, the kitchen, the fireplace, the windows, interior and exterior doors, paint and trim, flooring, lighting, and more. With the current boom in the housing market, it is becoming increasingly difficult to purchase a house due to the number of buyers vs sellers. Homeowners are opting to invest their money into their existing home by remodeling instead of moving. Not only can this option modify your home’s functionality to better meet your needs, but remodeling can also make your home feel like new – you’d be surprised at the possibilities when it comes to redesigning! If your home could use a significant facelift in more than one area, a whole house design package might be an option worth considering. Read more

A Stunning 90’s Kitchen Transformation

Our recent Southlake clients absolutely love hosting get-togethers with friends and family in their beautiful 1990’s home. Unfortunately, the original floor plan just wasn’t accommodating for their average crowd of 15-20 guests. With the holidays quickly approaching, they diligently searched for a commendable contractor that could assist with both the aesthetic appeal and the functional design of their kitchen, formal dining room, formal living room, and breakfast area. After being referred to us by a few different people and reading many positive reviews, they reached out to Medford Design-Build to set up an in-home consultation. Our team was able to give them the remodel of their dreams! See the blog for more details. Read more
