Happy New Year! Now that January is upon us and we are all contemplating our resolutions for the New Year, I encourage you to consider this one resolution for your home:
Resolve to utilize our Home Maintenance Checklist and evaluate the well-being of your home. Or call us, and we will do the checklist for you if you are a client living in Tarrant County. This gives you a baseline for maintenance projects so that you keep unexpected home repairs at a minimum and save time and money in the future.
To keep the checklist functioning throughout the year for you, utilize the repeat task feature of your email calendar so you get an email to remind you to run through your home maintenance checklist or schedule various maintenance projects.
Project future projects and the cost of them so you are prepared when the time comes. For example, how much longer will your exterior paint hold up, and how much will it cost to have it repainted?
