The laundry room is an important functional space in the home. Often times, it is set up poorly and lacks storage space, counters, and good lighting. This was exactly the problem faced by our recent clients in Arlington, Texas. Their original laundry room was a good size, but the lack of counter space inhibited organization and resulted in random laundry baskets and clothes piled on the floor. Our designers were able to resolve this problem by reworking the space and adding ample cabinetry, pull-out laundry bins, large countertops, clothes racks, and more!

A laundry room remodel is probably on the majority of homeowners’ wish lists, but it’s not as common of a project for us to complete as kitchen or bathroom remodels. The reason being that many laundry rooms lack the space for a significant remodel and adding square footage requires the right circumstances and a larger budget.
