Serving Fort Worth Homeless

Holiday season is just around the corner: a time for giving and helping those in need. Unfortunately, North Texas – Fort Worth in particular – has many that are in need this time of year.

Southside Community Center in Fort Worth is hosting an event — A Mile in My Shoes, Southside — to serve the local homeless community. They are looking for volunteers to assist with donations and catering to the homeless.

Serving Fort Worth Homeless

If you are available to help out our local Fort Worth community, come by and volunteer a helping hand to those in need on October 15th! Even if you can’t stay to help out, just donating a few of the needed items will make a positive impact in the lives of these individuals. What a great way to get an early start on the holiday season!

For more information, contact the Southside Community Center Staff, or register as a volunteer for this event.
