Just about every 20+ year old home in the DFW Metroplex is in need of a bathroom remodel. This is also true for newer homes, as most home builders of today are opting to use cheaper materials during construction in order to save a buck, leaving buyers with a beautiful home that is lacking in quality. As both dated and newly built homes need renovations, guest bathroom remodels are becoming a popular request among our clients. Our recent guest bathroom remodel in Arlington, Texas, is a great example of what a difference can be made in an out-of-date, poor quality space! See our blog for all the details and the amazing transformation! The laundry room is an important functional space in the home. Often times, it is set up poorly and lacks storage space, counters, and good lighting. This was exactly the problem faced by our recent clients in Arlington, Texas. Their original laundry room was a good size, but the lack of counter space inhibited organization and resulted in random laundry baskets and clothes piled on the floor. Our designers were able to resolve this problem by reworking the space and adding ample cabinetry, pull-out laundry bins, large countertops, clothes racks, and more! Check out this beautiful transformation on our blog! Read more

The clients agreed it was time for a refresh! Prep Your Home for Spring Storms! Our May 2017 Newsletter

Is your home ready for spring storms?

It’s spring time, and in Texas, that means one thing: spring storms! Much of North Texas has already experienced nature’s wrath this season — some with tornadoes, hail, flash floods, and damaging winds.

Unfortunately, there is no way to control the weather, but here are some tips to help you prepare for and safely endure Mother Nature’s fury:

Identify any existing roof or siding problems. Inspect your roof for missing shingles and possible leaks and do any repair work if necessary. Loose siding should also be repaired, as it can rip off easily in heavy winds. Read more
